This is a great little home base if you're staying in Kansas City. It's compact: great for solo or couples. The washer and dryer were handy for refreshing the wardrobe during a long trip. Conveniently near a lot of things, or a Lyft ride away from a night out, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood.

Cute and cozy - perfect for our stay

The home was cute and cozy and located close enough to our weekend event at the convention center. It was great to come home to a quiet neighborhood where we could enjoy a cocktail on the front porch to wind down from our busy day.

Nice house and yard

This is a nice, small house with what you need. It was as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet. The fenced in back yard is large, great for our dog. Plenty of parking, check-in and out were easy. I would stay here again.

Great experience!

We could not have been more pleased with this spot. It is small, but that is what we needed. Very clean and well-maintained. My folks stayed there for a little over a month while receiving treatments at KU Med. We had very few issues, but if something came up, Lance took care of it immediately. This was a great place in a great location with top-notch people running it!

Overall a nice stay. No hassles. Property could use a little maintenance. Neighborhood ok. When we arrived it appeared the lawn had not been mowed this year. Lawn care people were on scene addressing this as we were trying to unload.

Cozy place and easy trip into downtown KC

This little place is the perfect size for 2. It’s clean and cozy with being close to a neighborhood grocery and famous Joe’s Kansas City BBQ. The event we were in town for was down at the T Mobile Center. We were able to get to near by parking in under 15 minutes. The neighborhood is established and many places are getting updated. I felt safe and relaxed here. We had nice weather and I walked to the near by Walmart Neighborhood grocery and the BBQ. I highly recommend getting the BBQ, just be prepared to wait in line, but SO worth it. There were plenty cooking utensils, dishes and pans. I just wish there would’ve been a few more eating utensils offered. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. When I hear anyone looking to travel to KC I will be sharing this property for them to consider.

This was a great little stay. I was here for a conference and it was the perfect quiet little place to hang after each tiring day. I made coffee every morning and was able to order in food if needed. Joes BBQ was also amazing. Delicious BBQ. I wish I was able to enjoy the nice big backyard but it was raining most of the time I was here. If you’re here during the week, the kiddos get a little rambunctious after school but it’s nice to know it’s a safe enough neighborhood for the kids to run around. Night time is so peaceful and quiet, so you will get a good nights sleep. The house is older, so it does show in parts of the house, but it’s well maintained and the owner is extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when I come back to the KC area.
