Oh my, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve sleep in. Including 4-5 star hotels. Quiet neighborhood. Close to DT Lees Summit. Great attention to communication help. For the price a great value.

Overnight work trip

This property was perfect for my overnight work trip in Lee’s Summit! The space was cozy and lots of care went into preparing it. Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

I would think it would be nice if there was a sign where you park since the entrance of the properties kind of in the backyard so you don’t feel like if you made a mistake in the wrong house that you’re not gonna get attacked by a homeowner.

I loved the bed. It was cozy with a nice mattress. I had a private entrance and it was easy to enter. The parking was good and it was close to where I was visiting. It was private and quiet. I enjoyed my stay

This Vrbo was absolutely wonderful! We were blown away with how nice of a studio it is. It was very clean and neat inside. Very easy access with a parking spot in the driveway and just follow the sidewalk around to the side door and boom you’re in. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood so we slept great. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and hot. And the owners even came through with more toilet paper when we asked (was there for almost a week). I would highly recommend this spot to anybody looking to stay in the Kansas City area. We stayed here for a Royals game and football game and it was a very easy drive back-and-forth to stadiums. When we come back to Kansas City next time, we will definitely be trying to stay here. It was that great. Privacy from the owners was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home with us. :)

This place was absolutely amazing, a very sweet suite! It was clear to me that this host did their very best to anticipate your needs during your stay and attempted to address them to ensure you'd be pleased. Attention to detail throughout. Great communication throughout the process. Our next stop was a suite in an expensive hotel….when I walked in the door of that one, I immediately felt that I’d been downgraded. I would definitely go back to this location.

The description of the listing is a little off. Wasn’t aware it connects to a house that looks unkept. There were cobwebs from the ceiling and very dusty. The bathroom door was dirty and the walls looked like something of liquid substance was splattered on it. Also found a hair on the bed.

Perfect for my needs!

I was in town for one night and needed just the basics - bathroom and a bed. Luke was kind and accommodating. The room is as advertised and easy to find and get back to the main road. Everything was clean, well kept and the bed was comfortable. Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable and in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Check-in information was good. As stated above the guest suite was as advertised. The only reason we didn’t give a 5 overall rating is for guests with mobility issues the plants growing over the sidewalk and heaved concrete by the entry area could be a problem as was the case for my wife.

Weekend visit

The hosts have made great efforts to think of all the little things you might need or want. The location is very walkable to the downtown area of Lee’s summit. We recommend the neighborhood cafe for breakfast 😊
