Basement Apartment with Garage Entrance

Basement apartment with separate garage entrance. Bedroom, Kitchen and Living area one open space. One bathroom has a shower and an addition bathroom is a half bathroom. Pets are considered upon request.

Mini kitchen area with refridgerator, mini stove and sink/bar area. An additional utility sink and dishwasher is adjacent to the half bathroom.

Also a walk out entrance.

No Smoking. Fireplace is not in use.

This listing can be rented on its own or in additional to the Westwind House if a group needs more beds/bedrooms or space. The apartment is completely private and secure but there may be others onsite during your stay.

The furnace and AC is not controlled from this space but we provide an electric heater with a thermostat and fans. It is usually a bit cooler in the basement than the house it warms up easily. In the summer it is the coolest area of the home!

Very nice!

This is a very nice, clean, and spacious apartment in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Nickie is a gracious host and very timely to respond to questions and assist. Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and the basement was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional. The living area has a huge TV with an easy chair and surprising comfortable leather futon. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations, and Nickie was very responsive. Would recommend.

Excellent for a long work trip rental

This property was perfect for me for several reasons: Excellent wi-fi, ability to cook all of my meals on premises, and room to spread out. The amenities were great. Most importantly - it was quiet. Property owner always responded within a few hours or less. Because it was winter, the apartment was a little cold. When I asked, the owner was happy to turn the thermostat up - she could do this remotely. It is too bad most of my trips here are less than 5 nights, or I would book this property on my shorter trips too. There was no one renting the upper portion of the house though, and I can't review how that would change the noise level.
