This beautiful single level home is ideally and conveniently situated in a quiet, family neighborhood with access to the Tucson Loop (great for cyclist) and quick access to I-10! Just minutes from major shopping areas and healthcare facilities including a major hospital! This home has central heating and air conditioning, with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has has vaulted ceilings, providing a sense of spaciousness. It has been well loved, and fully renovated with new paint and flooring.

The space has a well-designed large living room with work space, full kitchen, and 3 good sized bedrooms with a large closets. Primary Bedroom features a NovaForm queen bed and matching bedroom set, bathroom suite that includes a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks and huge walk in closet. Guest bedroom features a queen bed and large closet and other bedroom features a utility space that includes a work table and pullout couch to a full size bed. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and garage. Free WIFI.

This fully furnished home is managed by the home owners. We process applications, receive deposits and rent. Lease must be at least 15 days. Refundable security deposit of $2000, must be paid when reservations are made.
