About this property

Comfortable, clean cozy cottage (raised ranch) with a wrap around deck located on a bulk headed lagoon with a 70 ft dock. This PET FREE/SMOKE FREE home offers a newly painted interior with new living room and dining room furniture. Newer kitchen with granite counter tops and upscale appliances. 2 Flat screen TVs. Split ductless Sanyo AC in living room, wall AC in all bedrooms. Master bedroom- has queen bed and walk in shower, 2nd and 3rd bedroom has twins. Swim, crab, bring your boat up to 40 Ft, kayak, etc... Swimming ladder to the bay. Tenants will receive use of 1 parking pass to the private parking lot to the beach which is about a half mile from this home. Please note, that though pillows are provided by the owner, blankets are not. Tenants are asked to bring their own.
