Newer duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, nicely done fresh and clean and just across a small street from the ocean. Property has plenty of deck space and parking. Get a peek at the ocean from the deck. Neat and CLEAN!! Great beach and quiet neighborhood. 4 beach passes offered but not guaranteed. Tenant to bring bed linens and blankets.
