LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This first floor ocean block duplex in Brighton Beach is complete with AC. Extremely clean & roomy & ample off street parking shared by both floors. 1 queen bed, 2 singles & 2 sofa queen sleepers can accommodate 8 guests. The outside shower and grill is shared by the tenants on both floors. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOME AND ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. NO PILLOWS OR BLANKETS PROVIDED.
