Beautiful contemporary in a great ocean side location. Views of the Ocean and Bay from dining room and deck and also from the roof top deck. Located near shopping, near The Acme Super Market, Skipper Dipper Ice Cream and more! Owner supplies 6 beach badges but gives no guarantee on the availability. Tenant agrees to replace any missing or lost badges. Entertainment Room has 60” flat screen TV with surround Sound. Sit back and watch a movie on the state of the art surround sound system or enjoy “all the music on Earth” with this Sonos connected home. No smoking and No Pets permitted.
