What a wonderful house! It was ideal for our group of four women on a girls trip, and we so appreciated all the wonderful touches. The pristine house was fully stocked, warm and welcoming, clean, and well-designed with lots of extras. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking and close proximity to downtown. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Austin!

We have stayed at the Spam House twice and have enjoyed our stay with our whole family. The property is well maintained, clean and even had some nice improvements since our first stay. There are some amenities so in case you forget a sundry item, there are some there. The location was very convenient. The back yard is also very nice. Many thanks!

Thank you so much for staying with us! We’re so glad your family felt at home and that the kids enjoyed the playroom — it’s one of our favorite spaces, too. Nothing beats a cozy night’s rest and good coffee in the morning! We’d love to welcome you back to the SPAM® Fan Retreat anytime.

Family visit

What a wonderfully appointed home. It felt like a cozy home away from home. And the location was so convenient to everything. And check in and out couldn't have been easier. Also appreciated the fact that if we needed anything, our host was right there. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for our daughter's wedding at Bandshell Park in Austin. The bride and bridesmaids got ready in cool air-conditioning, close to the venue. Three girls came from a distance and needed the stay. Two hairdressers used the kitchen. The main bedroom was perfect for our daughter, her dress and makeup. There was plenty of seating. A big kitchen for lunch. It was perfect for our needs.
