Come stay in our fabulous downtown loft. Original building was constructed in 1926. Loft has all the modern amenities and is in the heart of downtown Springfield. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or go out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Coded entry into the building and personal lock code to loft. Located on the first floor with designated parking spot in private lot.

College Visit

Came to Springfield to do a college visit and so it was just wife and I plus our 18yo daughter. Wanted a "hip" place to stay and this was it!! Close to couple of breweries and still only few min from campus. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Weekend Trip

The loft was great. Enough space for 4 friends to hang out for a weekend. Had everything we needed. It was within walking distance or all Springfield has to offer.

Comfortable Stay

In Springfield for a concert at Missouri State so wanted to be close to the venue. We were also within walking distance to several downtown restaurants - highly recommend Nonna’s Italian Cafe 😋 Accommodations were great - quiet, clean, and loved the industrial look!

We love this loft!

We enjoy coming to this loft! It is always clean and is in a great location. It is within walking distance to all that we need. Also close to Missouri State. We enjoy all the extra snacks too! Great hosts!

Great place!

Really enjoyed the property. Great communication with hosts, very clean, top notch in every way. Only drawback were the zombies at the bus/train station. What a bunch. Anyway, great time in Springfield!

It's the little things

The was beautiful and clean!! But what sets it apart are just the little things. Like snacks, great coffee and even extra toothbrush and such if you happen to forget. Just a lovely stay!! Lovely place. Will book again!!

Perfect urban loft

I staying here for a week with my son while visiting family. The loft was clean and spacious with everything we needed to make it home for a week. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Walking distance to downtown and tons of restaurants. Ac was ice cold thank goodness because weather was HOT.

Time to connect

Overnight stay to connect with a good friend. Loft was unique and perfect. A little trouble figuring out the outdoor code box. Chris was prompt and quickly drove over to make sure I could get it. Great host & loft. Will stay again!

Perfect Getaway Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loft is clean & very convenient to restaurants & the Blue Room Comedy Club. Although we didn’t use the kitchen - it would be a fun place to cook dinner & entertain. Bonus - there is a ping pong table! Owners were very responsive to questions. One thing to note - both bedrooms are not enclosed. It is a loft after all. Good to know if traveling with friends. It was just my husband & myself so it was perfect for us!
