NOW OFFERING DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS OF ONE WEEK OR MORE!Vacation at our lovely oceanfront end unit with outstanding views, wonderful amenities, and a perfect laid-back location.
This recently upgraded, tastefully decorated condo has modern island-style furniture, AC and ceiling fans throughout, WiFi with high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Your eyes will constantly be drawn to the expansive ocean views from this end unit condo. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed where you can listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep, then watch the sunrise over Haleakala as you wake. The second bedroom has three twin beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. There is also an inflatable queen-sized mattress should you have an additional guest.
Prepare your breakfast in the full-sized kitchen, then enjoy it on the peaceful lanai overlooking the tranquil grounds and the bay. The humpback whales will appear in winter - keep watch for some blowing, breaching, and other acrobatics! The reef in front of Ma’alaea Kai is also home to a population of some quite hefty Hawaiian Sea Turtles (in Hawaiian “Honu.”) You can’t miss them bobbing in the surf.
Ma’alaea Kai is just a 15 to 40-minute commute to the natural beauty and wonders of Maui: mountain hikes, boating excursions, top-rated beaches, and more. The same is true for reaching world-class golf courses, resorts, and a variety of restaurants. Our in-unit welcome guide has many suggestions for you.
On days you are not venturing forth to other points of paradise, stay local and stroll down the beach that starts at the end of Hauoli St and extends to the north edge of Kihei. Explore Ma’alaea Harbor and Shops, where you can have a wonderful meal or buy Hawaiian treasures for the folks back home. Book a couple of ocean adventures here, or visit the Maui Aquarium to learn about Hawaii’s marine life. It is home to one of the world’s largest displays of live Pacific corals.
Want to stay really laid back? Enjoy the oceanside pool or the lounge chairs lined up along the oceanfront to watch all the activity in the bay, from wildlife to harbor boats, outrigger canoes, and surfers and paddlers. Then, take advantage of the oceanside grills and enjoy a quiet dinner at the oceanside dining area.

Great property at great location

Stayed here for 4 days with family. Great view out the balcony. 20-25 minutes from airport and other attractions but walkable to Maui Ocean Center and molokini snorkling check ins.

The apartment was very clean and nice, had everything you may need. The view was amazing! We even saw a couple turtles from the balcony.

An incredible getaway

We were celebrating my friend’s second remission after her chemotherapy treatment in April and my birthday. The condo was amazing. Clean and as advertised. The location was super. It was great to be able to see and hear the ocean from the condo. Met some lovely owners at the pool and barbecue. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive and very helpful. Would love to be able to come back again. Thank you Terry for sharing your amazing home.

Fantastic Views and Convenient Location!

We knew from the moment we walked in that we chose the right place to stay! The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! We loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai in the early afternoons. We could also clearly see Mount Haleakala in the background. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent as Terry or her assistant, Joanna, responded immediately to any questions we had. The condo is centrally located and is 15-20 minutes from the airport, Lahaina, Kihei, and Paia (start of Road to Hana) which was great for us as we spent time in each of these locations. It is also located within walking distance to Boss Frogs (snorkel rental), Maui Ocean Center (nice aquarium), and Hula Cookies & Ice Cream (yummy ice cream sandwiches). Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely love to stay again!
