Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated fresh water swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, II, III and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. The entire complex is a non smoking property and there are no elevators.

Please note that from September 1st to 15th, 2023, the pool and spa will be closed for maintenance purposes. During this time, the interior of the pool will be regrouted, and the existing fence around the pool will be replaced. However, management has made arrangements with Maui Schooner for Luana Kai residents and guests to use their pool facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Dates are subject to change and delays.

Important Notice: Commencing in August, spalling work will be conducted on the lanai, followed by the closure of the pool in September. Additionally, scaffolding will be set up in front of the condo, with light jackhammering expected.
