We are constantly striving to improve the amenities and furnishings to make your stay at this beautiful condo a memorable trip to the islands of maui.

This unit is quiet and only 15 ft from elevators to your front door. No hauling up those stairs. We are approximately 300 feet to the breaking waves and 125 feet to the fabulous swimming pools.

This property has 2 pools, outdoor showers, restrooms, 2 hot tubs, a workout room and activity desk .Every Wednesday between 3-5 PM enjoy FREE MAI TAIS , hula dancing and music pool side !

Kamaole Sands property is a highly sought after property that is warm and welcoming to families and singles alike. The beautiful grounds are daily manicured and trimmed for viewing of the ocean; pool and waterfalls placed throughout the resort.

Your condo is in a very convenient location to all amenities and within walking distance to restaurants; shops and beaches. Kamaole Sands has very easy access to the highway, easy boating access and easy walk to the beach.

Computers are available at the front desk for a fee but please know that you will have free WiFi in your condo at no extra fee

We provide our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella ,snorkel gear, sand toys, cooler, and port a crib.

Queen sofa sleeper with comfortable Nova Foam mattress. Linens and extra pillows provided.

Lovely Kitchen

This condo unit has a large, remodeled modern kitchen with everything you need. The island is huge! The view from the lanai of ocean one way and mountains the other is amazing. The property manager is easy to contact and is attentive to concerns or needs.

Great Stay at Kamaole Sands!

Me and my family had a great time staying at at this place. We had a great view of the water and had a great kitchen and seating area to have dinner time. Also me and my family really appreciated the beach chairs provided at the place. The owner Susan was also very responsive to any of my questions in a quick manner. I would defintley want to book again.

First of all this condo has to be the best one we’ve stayed at over the years coming to Maui with our young family. This place is absolutely beautiful with a great location and even better owner! Susan the property owner is awesome to work with. Very clear communication and gets back to you in a timely manner. The unit is very clean and the air conditioning works perfectly. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. This is the second time we stayed in until 1-404 and will stay there again

Amazing getaway in Maui

Group of friends stayed here for 5 nights and we really loved this place! Very close to the beach and has nice towels and things like beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkels! Highly recommend and will definitely be booking the place again in the future!

Great Family Getaway

Our family from Oahu was able to book a last minute stay for Spring Break and Susan’s unit at Kamaole Sands was perfect! We had all the comforts of home while being able to play tourist in beautiful Maui. We spent days at Big Beach, walked to many local eateries, drove to upcountry Makawao and Kula and just relaxed at the pool. Susan was super responsive and can’t wait to book with her again soon. MAHALO for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time in Maui at this unit. It was a perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and the location - across the street from Kamaole Beach 3 was amazing! The unit had everything we needed including a stocked kitchen, beach gear, tons of towels and linens etc.
