Kihei Sands B2 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front property! Relax and enjoy the private lanai, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views. In the living area, you will find a flat screen TV, a Queen sofa sleeper, and modern decor throughout. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house. You'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze but as an added bonus, this unit offers a split style air conditioner in the living area as well as both bedrooms.

Step inside the upstairs loft style bedroom to find a luxurious King size bed. The ensuite bathroom, a walk in shower, and plenty of storage space for your items! Downstairs you'll find a guest room featuring 2 twin beds and a detached guest bathroom with a large walk in shower. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 people.

Kihei Sands is an amazing oceanfront resort making it the perfect spot for walking, swimming, snorkeling, and whale watching. You will love this great central location to head anywhere on Maui. The property provides a relaxing atmosphere, compact parking, oceanfront pool, and BBQ area for guests.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Perfect place to rest with kids. Beautiful sand beach and a perfect quiet ocean with a sand bottom. Gille near the pool and comfortable apartments, I wish I can come back!

Highly Recommend!

We loved Kihei Sands. The location is so central and perfect for our family that wanted to see and do everything on the island. It was so fun being right on the beach too. Awesome that there are boogie boards to use while you're there. The unit was clean, had plenty of brand new towels, good beds and nice beach chairs and a cooler to take on our adventures or beach hopping. It's a great little condo and we loved it.

Perfect Location!

This unit is perfectly located on Sugar Beach. It’s a lovely condo near great food options, snorkeling, etc. in Kihei and other nearby beaches. That being said the cleanliness of the unit left something to be desired. We found broken glass shards on the carpet. Which was scary considering I have a mobile 10 month old. Some of the dishes had not been thoroughly cleaned and there were other signs of neglect throughout the unit. Otherwise it would be good for a small family. We had requested an early check in as we’d previously been staying in a different unit down the hallway before choosing to extend our stay and were given a copy and pasted answer thy we couldn’t check in early despite the fact it was noticed nobody had been or was occupying the unit for the entire week previous which was frustrating. It would have been nice if we could have actually spoken with a person rather than just receiving a copy and pasted answer. We love Sugar Beach and would definitely stay in these condos again but not this one as it is privately owned and not as well taken care of.
