Condo B5 is a 2B/2Ba (Sleeps 4) townhouse style condo on the 2nd level (NO ELEVATOR) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. Our beautiful condo was remodeled with your comfort in mind. Gorgeous Hawaiian art graces the walls.

Located on Maui's world-famous Sugar Beach, you'll step onto the sand & into the Pacific Ocean from the patio. You can swim, sunbathe, paddle, boogie board, snorkel, go shelling, walk or run on the pristine beach, build sandcastles & more. If you prefer being sand-free, our crystal-clear mosaic tile pool has plenty of chaise lounges surrounding it. Umbrella-covered tables & chairs on the patio provide shade.

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Enjoy a tranquil night's rest on our exceptionally comfortable KING bed in the upstairs open-air loft (ensuite bathroom). A QUEEN bed in the main-level bedroom is perfect for a second couple, or up to two children. Both bedrooms have TVs for your viewing pleasure.

Stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living areas & both bedrooms. Three zones ensure everyone will be comfortable in their area. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer listening to waves gently lapping the shore.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll find oils and spices in the cabinets. You'll restock as needed.

Dining room seats 4 comfortably. After an IDYLLIC Maui day, return to your condo for a relaxing dinner. Enjoy your meals, pupus, happy hours & game nights here. View MAGNIFICENT Maui sunsets while seated on your balcony.

The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled & feature walk-in showers. Each bath has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Bring your favorite hair & bath products or purchase them locally. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home. BEACH TOWELS, BEACH UMBRELLAS, COOLER & BEACH CHAIRS are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you explore Maui's many beaches!

Unwind on our super comfortable SECTIONAL SOFA while streaming your favorite shows on the 43" HD SmartTV.

Have an SUP or kayak delivered & paddle in the serene waters of our incredible bay. Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges just steps from the beach. Start your mornings with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am). You'll see SPECTACULAR sunsets on the patio while grilling dinner & sipping a tropical beverage.

Dining options are plentiful & range from casual to upscale nearby towns South Kihei, Wailea and Paia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, where you can get your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.

Perhaps you'll join us for the holidays! We host a Thanksgiving Day dinner of turkey and ham, & a Christmas Day dinner of prime rib & pulled pork - both on our oceanfront patio! Our guests love the tradition of bringing their favorite family side dish recipes to the potlucks (Costco's sides and desserts are great too!) while staff takes care of the main meat dishes. Start your holidays watching the big game or parades, then join your new friends & our Kihei Sands ohana for an evening of talking story & sharing ono grinds (great food!)
