This spectacular TOP floor unit features Split System air conditioning which allows for individual climate control in each room. The A/C accommodates year-round enjoyment of the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, completely accessorized and newly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner has recently decorated the unit in a Hawaiian Tropical theme which lends itself to complete enjoyment inside along with the beautifully landscaped complex grounds outside. All unit appliances are new and feature every convenience. This condo includes an in unit extra large stackable washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. Above all else, this unit allows for complete enjoyment of both beautiful views and sounds of ocean waves throughout your stay.
This unit is on the top floor in the building that is accessed easily by stairs or elevator. Vacationers will enjoy the closest walk to nearby Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and beach walking. Unit provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels with a cooler that will complement your beach experience. Unique to this unit are two side by side parking places which easily can accommodate a full-size utility vehicle or two compact size vehicles. There really isn’t a need for a guest to book two vehicles as most everything imaginable is within walking distance, including grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Central to the South Kihei area, this unit is also a short drive to Wailea and international renowned golf courses.
The en-suite master bedroom and bathroom provide a gorgeous tiled glass walk in shower with built in craftsman maple wood closet organizers. The second bedroom suite embraces an ocean view and also includes a tiled tub/shower combination. The complex provides guests a swimming pool, hot tub and gas BBQ picnic area with several grills.
This unit is a non-smoking unit. No smoking allowed in the unit or on Lanai. However, there are 2 designated smoking areas.

This is a great place to stay! AC in Living and Bedrooms - this was so nice to have! Communicating with the host was easy. Response time was quick and helpful. Very convenient to the beach. Quite complex. The condo had everything (and more) that we needed. We had a great time and would recommend staying here for your trip to Maui!

Our host was extremely attentive and made it easy to check in and out. The helpful notes around the condo made it easy to operate everything. A big plus are the provided beach chairs and unbrella. It seems they have provided everything we could possibly want including coolers and a flashlight to take if you want to go see sunset on the beach across the street.

We found this condo to be even better than advertised. It was updated and very clean. The lanai with the ocean view was so amazing to have. We were often outside on it, especially for sunrise and sunset. My husband and myself stayed with our two twenty something year-old daughters which made the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so helpful for a pleasant stay. We used the grill in the pool area almost daily. We were always able to use one when we wanted without waiting and found them to work well. The kitchen was very well equipped. I already miss the dishwasher because I do not have this at home. The ice maker, coolers, ice packs and beach chairs came in very handy for beach days. Multiple beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was a nice central location for all of the activities we chose to do. Lisa our host was very responsive to even the smallest questions. I could go on and on…definitely 10/10! We wish to visit Maui again and hope this condo will be available.
