Kihei Akahi Resort B103 - Garden View Two Bedroom Two Bath 879 sq. ft. condo. This upgraded home is ground level so you can walk to the lawn, nearby pool and BBQ area. The beautiful beach, Kama'ole Beach Park II, is a one-minute walk from the condo front door to the sand! The large patio lanai is surrounded by lush tropical landscape. It is a picture-perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Ideal for your family vacation.
Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oils, spices, condiments, and much more! Dining area, living room with window air conditioner, large flat-screen TV, and free basic cable channels. Secure Wi-Fi Internet for your devices 5G speed (400 Mb/s). The master suite has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and small flat screen TV with free basic cable channels.

* Unit is Privately-owned and is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
* Guests Subject to any future State of Hawaii tax increases.
* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear, guest will incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival
* Within 60 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs)
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
