Condo B5 is a 2B/2Ba (Sleeps 4) townhouse style condo on the 2nd level (NO ELEVATOR) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. Our beautiful condo is furnished with your COMFORT in mind. Gorgeous Hawaiian art graces the walls.

Located on Maui's world-famous Sugar Beach, you'll step onto the sand & into the Pacific Ocean from the patio. You can swim, sunbathe, paddle, boogie board, snorkel, go shelling, walk or run on the pristine beach, build sandcastles & more. If you prefer being sand-free, our crystal-clear mosaic tile pool has plenty of chaise lounges surrounding it. Umbrella-covered tables & chairs provide plenty shade.

Enjoy a tranquil night's rest on our exceptionally comfortable KING bed in the upstairs open-air loft (ensuite bathroom). A QUEEN bed in the main-level bedroom is perfect for a second couple, or up to two small children. Both bedrooms have TVs for your viewing pleasure.

You'll stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living areas & both bedrooms. Three zones ensure everyone will be comfortable in their area. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer listening to waves gently lapping the shore.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We'll restock everything but the paper towels - just ask! You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets - add as needed.

Dining room seats 4 comfortably. After an IDYLLIC Maui day, return to your condo for a relaxing dinner. Enjoy your meals, pupus, happy hours & game nights here. View MAGNIFICENT Maui sunsets while seated on your balcony.

Both bathrooms are beautifully remodeled & feature walk-in showers. Each bath has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Bring your favorite hair & bath products or purchase them locally. You'll restock the condo's paper products as needed. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home. BEACH TOWELS, BEACH UMBRELLAS, COOLER & BEACH CHAIRS are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's many unique beaches!

Unwind on our super comfortable SECTIONAL SOFA (perfect for two to nap on) while streaming your favorite shows on the 43" HD SmartTV.

Have an SUP or kayak delivered & paddle in the serene waters of our incredible bay. Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges just steps from the beach. Start your mornings with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am). You'll see SPECTACULAR sunsets on the patio while grilling dinner & sipping a tropical beverage.

Dining options are plentiful & range from casual to upscale nearby towns South Kihei, Wailea and Paia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, where you can get your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.

We love having lots of lounge chairs out by the beach to enjoy relaxing and reading while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset . From the quiet and beautiful sugar beach to the well maintained grounds it is one of our favourite places to vacation and it will certainly not be our last time here .

It has a quiet, family feel - the courtyard area often had families grilling, eating, just steps from the water front. The grounds are lovely and the view from the patio is breathtaking. We loved catching crabs and taking long walks on beautiful Sugar Beach. Extras like nightlights, ceiling fans, a/c in each room, beach towels, ice maker, condo sand toys, beach chairs, and floats, made our stay so enjoyable.

The condo was beautiful and afforded us separation from the girls with their bed and bath downstairs and our upstairs. The condo had air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and updated baths and kitchen. There was also a laundry room which was nice to have. The condo was right on the beach, and there was a cooler and umbrella in the closet for beach use, also many communal pool floaties which many people used taking their young children to the pool.

Great location, intimate complex.

The whole stay was wonderful. As soon as he walked in the door, my 14-year-old son let out an audible gasp as he loved the unit and the view. The complex is a smaller development which is nice as it means you can get to know the other guests very easily in the lawn area or by the pool. free coffee is provided every morning and your only steps from the beach. Management was super responsive to any questions and the location is fantastic. this particular area of sugar beach is good for swimming and paddle boarding but not really a snorkeling location. I picked this spot as it is centrally located and makes going to Kapalua Bay or doing the road to Hana very accessible. The unit itself was very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. There are lots of chairs, noodles, snorkels and goggles available for public use as you had to the beach. under our bed there was two additional beach chairs and an umbrella. it is a compact 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but there is still plenty of room for four people. The upstairs bedroom is on a loft which is open to the downstairs. You might want to grab the "non-master" suite downstairs that has a door if you're going to be having sexy time ;) I rented paddle boards which you get for 24 hours which is more than enough time so if you make friends with somebody in the complex early on you can either split the cost with them or share the paddle boards with everybody. The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. A+

Nowhere else on island compares to being right on the water and only a few steps to the beach from each and every condo. Look no further for the perfect place for spending time with friends and family. My only regret is that I didn't find this gorgeous property sooner! Staff has decades of experience on island, and is eager to share their knowledge - bonus!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mother and I stayed in B5. The unit, while cozy, was clean and well equipped. The balcony was small, so we enjoyed sunrises with our morning coffees in the common patio area. Other than that we didn’t spend a lot of time there because there were larger families who often had someone loudly speaking to family back home on speakerphone calls which was not pleasant to listen to. The beach out front was nice to look at but we preferred driving to swim at other beaches that had clearer water with less rocks. The pool was smaller than expected and not enticing so we didn’t use it. We rarely saw on-site staff and when we stopped in to ask for some snorkel recommendations she wasn’t very helpful. It was convenient having some beach equipment that was within the unit, though would have been nice to have unit-reserved folding beach chairs as the common area shared ones were tired and rusted with broken straps.

We enjoyed the condo very much, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels, and anything you may need for an afternoon enjoying the beach. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything you may need to cook a meal. Air conditioning was a major plus for us ! We slept very good and had wonderful views to wake up to each morning.
