Located just 30 minutes north of Nashville, we offer the perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and easy access to the vibrant city life. Located in a quiet neighborhood by the lake, our property offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway space for boat parking. With a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Sleeper sofa in living room allows property to sleep 6 comfortably. Fiber internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Cable included. Easy access to boat ramps. This is a duplex, so an additional unit can be booked if available. This would sleep a total of 12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds. We have one ring camera on the front porch facing the front stairs/road. It will be on during your stay.

This property is just like the pictures! It is very clean and well maintained. Having the washer/dryer onsite was a Godsend! We soooo appreciated having the coffee/filters available as well as the laundry pods. That REALLY was so wonderful! I couldn’t ask for anything more. We were thrilled with our stay. Thank you VERY much!! My only disappointment was that we never made it to the lake!

I grew up just around the corner from this property. I have lived in Gallatin my entire life, except the 4 years that I spent in Knoxville, TN at college. I grew up fishing on Old Hickory Lake and hope that my guests get the same experience that has made me love this area so much.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of room for multiple vehicles and boat parking. 1 mile to nearest boat ramp! Only 30 minutes away from Nashville. This is centrally located in Gallatin, TN with easy access to many restaurants and things to do. This is a duplex, so an additional unit can be booked if available. This would sleep a total of 12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds.
