Family Gathering

House was perfect for our gang. In town for a Baptism and this home was perfect. Clean, easy check in, had the necessary essentials. Nice pond just a block away. Great for morning walk or evening stroll. Would book this home again.

Wonderful Home, Great Host

This a very spacious, well equipped home, in a really nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to someone looking for a place with la arge family and kids. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. It is also located close to several stores,shopping, and eating places.

Dallas wedding weekend

Very nice property, lots of seating areas. Plenty of beds for a large party, however many of the beds have one side against the wall which can make getting in and out difficult.

College Reunion

Nice house with 5 separate bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms up and one down. Excellent space for a group of 4 or 5 couples or a large family. Nice living space, kitchen and dining areas.

My family get together

Nicely decorated house with comfortable furniture and bedrooms, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious even at full capacity. No complaints from any family member.

Good times

We had an amazing time staying at the property when we visited Dallas for our friend's event. The house was beautiful, and spacious, and was in a good neighborhood. Everything was spot on. The host made efforts to make sure we were comfortable and were enjoying our stay. Would return again.

Totally enjoyable…

The home was nicely furnished (just as pictured on VRBO) & ready for check-in. Had to make contact with Charles with a few minor questions & he was totally receptive to me. Enjoyed the stay in the home & plan to make it an annual trip. As stated previously, we will look forward to future stays.

I came to Texas with my friends for a soccer tournament. We travel a lot and have stayed in multiple rentals. This was a clean and beautiful home. Charlie was local and very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. An excellent, patient and generous host. It is hard to accomodate a large group and we were very pleased. Would definitely come back on my next trip.

Amazing Property For Large Groups

We absolutely LOVED this property! The host was super responsive and available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Pictured don’t do it justice! Three LARGE living areas! He also provided cots and rollaway beds in case you don’t want to share a bed or use the couch. The grill was clean and ready to be used. We had everything we needed to cook team meals. We were also able to use the washer and dryer to clean uniforms! We will be bookings again anytime we have tournaments in the area! Thanks again Charles!

We booked this house for three days to attend a wedding in McKinney, Texas. The house is huge and easily accommodated five couples, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. The living room, sitting area, and loft all feature comfortable recliners—perfect for relaxing after a long day.The master bedroom was especially impressive, with a very comfortable bed, quality linens and pillows, and a large bathroom with both a shower and a spacious tub. We had plenty of towels and toiletries throughout our stay. The other couples also enjoyed their bedrooms and found the linens comfortable.I would 100% recommend this house for your group of friends or family. If you stay here, I also suggest bringing your Texas fishing license and some light tackle—the community pond is within walking distance and great for fishing. The pond is also home to a variety of beautiful ducks that will eat right from your hand.Lastly, Charles was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out via VRBO chat. Highly recommended!
