Beautifully appointed and ultra-comfortable home with sunny, sky-lit, open floor plan. 2+ Bed/2 Bath Southold getaway with extra-large bilevel deck. A short walk/bike ride or about a minute’s drive to Kenney's Beach, the sandiest sound beach on the North Fork with the most spectacular sunsets. Heart of wine country, close to town and all amenities. Master suite with washer/dryer, 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 3, plus den with futon couch. Central AC, ceiling fans, gas grill. House has a piano, turntable, bluetooth speaker setup, fast wifi, well-stocked kitchen and other conveniences. Each party will receive a welcome pack of local goodies. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis.

close to the beach and lovely deck!

Bright and cheery beach cottage with a spacious kitchen and huge brand new outdoor space perfect for lounging/grilling and surrounded by trees (felt very sheltered from street and neighbors). Half the nights of our stay we cooked at the house and enjoyed dinner on the beautiful deck! We brought our bikes and loved the super quick ride to the beach, but also walked a few times which was just under ten minutes. The owners were extremely communicative and very sweet as they left us a LOVELY north fork welcome basket. The house was also very well equipped for any kind of cooking or baking you desire. Thank you so much, Glen, for a wonderful stay!
