Host was great. The condo has a big garage and is in great shape. Loved the comfortable beds and cute decor. It is also in a great location.

Ashley is an AZ transplant from Texas. She lives nearby the townhouse in Phoenix with her husband, Greg, and their 2 year old Gregory and newborn Gemma. Her favorite thing about Scottsdale is all of the amazing restaurants and of course the weather!

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased in 2018 and Ashley loved living there for 5 years before she moved in down the street with her then boyfriend, Greg. When she purchased the property she did a complete remodel including new kitchen, bathrooms, fresh paint, carpet, appliances, AC unit (townhouse has 2 - upstairs & downstairs) and water heater!

What makes this property unique

The community is a quiet and hidden gem! Many locals don't even know it exists. Feel safe within the gated community that rarely sees much traffic and is home to many snowbirds. Friendly neighbors often sitting in their driveways or going on walks. 2 pools - one in south side and other in the north gate that alternate being heated throughout the year.
