Wonderful property right in the lake with kayaks and food right down the road. Quiet, and clean definitely one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed in!
This is a fantastic little cabin in a great location. The beach is sandy, great for wading and campfires. The view from living room and porch is amazing. So close to some friendly local bars with good food and the football games on. Hosts are wonderful communicators.
The cabin was charming and beautiful and we had a great experience! We felt like we were at home and loved the stunning views of the lake. Heidi is lovely and we were excited to actually meet her. She's a gracious and welcoming host! Thank you!!
Heidi’s home made our anniversary weekend a huge success! It was so clean and not a single piece of trash under any furniture in the house. Beach was clean and beautiful! My dogs had a great time playing in the lake. We got to take advantage of the pontoon which was an added bonus to our stay! Everyone at the restaurants around the lake were so friendly. We were right at home!
Responsive hosts; AC went out prior to our arrival and hosts brought portable units to cool the house, which worked. Family enjoyed the sandy beach, kayaks, and pontoon. Great stay.
We couldn't have picked a worse week for vacation with almost 100 degree temps for two days and after that, hazardous air quality due to northern fires. But the cabin was great, air conditioned and lots of games to play, and 3 bar/restaurants so close. We were able to get out on the lake, such clear water and a lovely sandy beach. Our dogs also had a wonderful time, very dog friendly!Heidi and Tim were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Such fun!
The cabin, lake, and neighborhood was excellent for our weekend. The kids loved playing in the beach right at the cabin as well as catching fish off the dock. The cabin was clean and comfortable for our entire family
What a nice weekend getaway. There is certainly nature all around this beautiful lakehouse on the water. Heidi was an excellent host and the cozy home had nice views and the lake was fantastic. A very quiet and quaint weekend stay.
My family has had cabins on Lake Amnicon for 30+ years - this was our first time staying somewhere other than our cabin and it was great! Our kids loved the sandy beach and the sunsets didn’t disappoint.
What a cute cabin and the resort was nice. Perfect location next to food. The only problem was the owners stuff using up the space in like the dressers and closet in bedrooms. The lawn was long and needed a good cut along with some weed waking.
Check-in was a breeze. This was the very first VRBO experience I've had, and it was very easy for this non-techy guy. The kitchen was clean and complete with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, glasses, utensils, etc.
This cabin was plenty big for our family of 6 and cozy at the same time. It was nicely decorated and felt like home. Our 2 smaller dogs enjoy the space as well as a nice walk around the lake. Our kids enjoyed watching movies with the fireplace going and overlooking the beautiful lake from the large windows. We would definitely stay here again!
It's great to find a dog friendly cabin where the water is clean and has a great sandy beach. The cabin is older but comfortable. Bathroom has all been remodeled. Beds comfortable, too which is important to us. Kitchen well stocked. We would return.
