About this property

Modern & Private Condo in a Fantastic Location!


Resort style living in a beautifully maintained property with a lush tropical setting. It's an 8 minute walk to dining, shopping and limitless activities in Kona town.

Located across from Royal Kona Resorts and world famous Don The Beachcomber bar which is famous for epic sunsets & Mai Tai's!!

You really can't get a better location, location, location!

Ideal for a remote work getaway, or just to take a break and relax! You have everything you need for either. This is my home base, and I work remotely throughout the year in various other locations. The condo is newly renovated and well maintained with a lot of TLC.

The is no ocean view from the condo, and it is located in the back of the building with a garden view. As a corner unit and oversized lanai, it is extremely private. Please note that you do hear some traffic from Kuakini Road during the daytime. You have a reserved parking spot in the garage which is directly under the unit.

Please note that we do not allow bikes in the condo, and the building does not have bike racks. You have a reserved parking spot. The town shuttle stops in front of the condo, or you can walk to town which is 7-8 minutes down Ali'i.

I hope you enjoy the condo it as much as I do when I am in Kona!!!

Jeremy’s condo, was amazing it everything you could need in your short stay, the bed was clean and comfortable, the balcony is big, spacious and private, the kitchen was spotless. It’s literally in the middle of Kona walking distance to all shops restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks

Exactly as advertised!
This property is very well managed. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to Kailua-Kona town. We have stayed here twice already. Very well equipped with amenities. Updated kitchen and nicely decorated. Property management is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
