Great option if you're looking for close in to Atenas

Highlights: Safely walkable to Atenas center (15 minute walk). The private spanish teacher we hired, Paola, turned out to be just around the corner (3 minute walk). Excellent wi-fi - it was reliable and plenty adequate speed wise. Well outfitted kitchen for cooking at home and good water pressure. Good communication from manager. Covered and secure parking, Overall, very safe. Plenty spacious for two or four people. Things to be aware of: The second (downstairs) bedroom is not air conditioned so may not be usable in warmer seasons. It can be cooled down at night with open windows and a floor fan. Barking dogs - there are several small barking dogs close by. They like to bark about lots of things. We had to use a floor fan in the bedroom as white noise everynight. It's manageable, but just be aware. No space for hanging clothes in the main bedroom - lots of drawers, but nothing it you want to hang up your nicer clothes. The downstairs bedroom had a small half length space for hanging things. Overall I would recommend.
