This villa sleeps a maximum number of 16 guests.

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5: 1 king bed, en suite full bath

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 10 people.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC.
-Sonos bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated)
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, covered bohio
-Garden Views

STAFF:
-3 full time staff who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LOS LAGOS 88
Located only a quarter of a mile to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per day current rates are:
$25/adult/day
$12/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

We had a great family stay at this beautiful home. Our hosts Nathan and Micaela were great - very responsive and quick to help us resolve any issues that came up. The staff, Paulie and Antonio, were super nice and very helpful. And the location (being so close to the beach) was a big plus. We can’t wait for our return trip…

Perfect Property for Family/Friends trip to Casa De Campo

We loved our time at this property. The owners are extremely helpful and timely with any requests. The house staff was wonderful and kept the property in tip top shape and made wonderful breakfasts and other snacks for us! We will be back for sure.

Outstanding Family Vacation!

My family and I stayed at Los Lagos 88 for five nights. We had an amazing time and the stay exceeded our expectations! The pictures of the villa and outdoor spaces do not do it justice. We especially enjoyed the pool area, gazebo, and tropical landscaping. Bedroom suites felt luxurious and spacious. Wifi worked great and the villa was very well equipped. The villa staff Polli, Antonia, and Yessenia were exceptional: kind and responsive, kept the villa clean and tidy, and prepared excellent breakfasts and lunches daily. Location is great, just a short cart ride or walk to Minitas beach. Nathan was an excellent host, he was extremely responsive with questions and last minute requests before and during our stay. Highly recommend Los Lagos 88, we were sad to leave and hope to return again someday!
