The Condo is conveniently located to multiple fine and casual dining options, entertainment venues, Bagnell Dam, theaters, miniature golf, go-carts, and shopping. All within a 10-minute drive!
The Waters Edge complex amenities include: 1 large pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, a paved walkway along the water and on-site security.
The condo, updated in 2021, offers: 2 bedrooms/2 baths with flat screen HD TVs, a comfortable living space with a large flat screen HD TV, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, utensils and appliances (Full sized fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher), dining area which seats six (perfect for family meals or playing cards/games), full sized clothes washer and dryer, Hi-speed Wi-fi, and a large private deck with a fabulous unobstructed view of the Main Channel.
