Main entrance is around the side yard leading to a private porch and dedicated entrance. As you enter the lower unit, you will be in the hallway separating the back bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The kitchen is through the living area as well as the front large main bedroom with bay window.
You will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the private porch.
Street parking is readily available on both streets of this corner property.
