Ridge View Retreat: fire pit, game room, hot tub

Ridge View Retreat is a spacious, yet cozy, cabin located in the highly desirable Aska adventure area. This puts you minutes away from amazing hiking and mountain bike trails, Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River, quaint downtown Blue Ridge shops and restaurants, Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, and more. Enjoy the beautiful nature views (deer frequent the backyard) from two porches than span the length of the house, relax in the hot tub or near the fire pit, or have fun in the game room!

THE SPACE

This 2920 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is perfect for large families and groups of friends! You can enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the views from either of the porches, grill on the large gas grill, relax in the hot tub, roast s'mores over the firepit or fire table, cozy up inside next to the fireplace, enjoy a spacious game room with pool, shuffleboard, and card table, or grab a drink in the wet bar area. There's something for everyone!

The main floor features an open living room, dining area, and kitchen, plus laundry, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a porch. The living room has a gas burning fireplace, Smart TV, blankets, games, etc. (please note gas burning fireplace is only operable October-March as it heats the entire cabin).

The dining area seats 4 with an extra 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a single and a 12-cup coffee maker, crockpot, baking sheets, pots and pans, grilling tools, cutting boards, toaster, can opener, wine glasses, mixing bowls, measuring utensils, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, knives, and much more.

The two spacious bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen bed: one with an attached bathroom (with a shower and a large tub) and one with a bathroom just outside the door (with a tub/shower combo- pull down faucet to turn on shower) accessible through the laundry room. Both bedrooms have their own Smart TVs (no cable) and access to the second floor porch. Planning to go to the lake for a day? Feel free to borrow the beach bag with towels and sunscreen located in the laundry area!

Out on the back porch, you'll find a gas grill, fire table, and furniture to lounge in.

The lower level features an entertainment area with two Smart TVs, a pool table, a shuffle board table, card table, and wet bar. There are two more bedrooms on this level (one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds) that share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own Smart TVs and the queen bedroom has access to the lower level porch. The lower level porch features a hot tub (comfortably fits 4), Adirondack chairs, and a trail leading to the fire pit in the front parking area.

All 7 TVs are Smart TVs and do not have cable.

This cabin and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and serviced in between every guest stay.

RULES: There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the decks of the cabin. Trash must be bagged and tied before placed in the outdoor trash bins.
