Value for price! Excellent price, charming. Check in problem but manager came and took care of the problem.

Appreciative of the great efforts

We had an issue with the check-in because we booked it through Vrbo, so for some reason they couldn't find our reservation which caused us unnecessary stress. On top of that, we had to spend the first night in another room, less expensive than the one we booked originally. The next day, when they gave us the right room. Margarita was always available and ready to assist us. Rooms were quite different from the pictures but by the time we left the hotel, they were taking care of it,
