Great Graduation Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house for our family weekend. Had a very small issue on arrival which was addressed immediately. Great communication from the managing office. House is a short walk to the river and the pool was perfect for us. Had a blast!

Eclipse Haven

Stayed two nights to watch the 2024 eclipse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area with the chaise lounges was perfect for viewing and the river was a nearby alternative. We spent most of our time at the patio table watching the deer and relaxing. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked dinner both nights we were there. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had great water pressure. The only negative was the unreliable wifi. Two of our party had to find other accommodations because they had to work remotely while we were there. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Concan Spring Break

The house was in a great location for river time and the concerts. The only complaint I have is the house did not come with sheets or any linens. When you travel the last thing you want to pack are sheets and towels for everyone. I called management and they brought us sheets and towels.
