We never stayed at this house, we got switched

24 hours before check-in, we got a message saying this house wasn’t available anymore and we were offered another house. That other house was below average. It was farther away, trash was left in the house, there was hardly a driveway, two bathroom doors were broken, and one of the tubs was clogged. We felt stuck having to accept this alternate house with such a short notice. We were not satisfied.

Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2023
