About this property

Higbee House, your home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Great place for Graduation Weekend

We had 3 generations of family members in for Rhodes College graduation. This house was absolutely perfect. Wish I had found this house when my son was a freshmen. It is peaceful, beautiful and well equipped.

We stayed with some friends for a wedding in town, was the best place to stay!! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and held all of us very well! I would very much recommend this place to stay when visiting Memphis!!

Very spacious with high ceilings. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was amazing! We loved the location! It was perfect for our weekend visit!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home—perfect for our group!
