House had all of the amenities and supplies in kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and we were very happy that there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Our previous VRBO didn't have any of those. Very comfortable and cozy place. We would highley recommend it, and we would stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was roomy, very clean and decorated so nicely. It was so nice to stay here in lieu of a hotel while we visited Graceland.

Wonderful!

The house is exceptionally beautiful and clean. It was a great place with plenty of room. We needed to find a place in Memphis because it is a half way point to Atlanta. This place is perfect and we will be staying there when we meet up with family.

The host was very welcoming, helpful, and commutative.House is beautiful. I found it to he very clean, beds comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood was very quiet. Even the neighbors welcomed us "home". Quick access to downtown area. I would stay again. Hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

Close to everything

The listing definitely undersells this house. It is close to everything in Memphis. Newly renovated and super clean. We had a great time. If you want to explore Memphis, this is a great place to stay.

Everything was great large kitchen and nice front porch and nice patio plenty of room one problem roaches start coming from up under the refrigerator house needs to be sprayed but other than that no problems

First time Memphis

This was a great place for 5 adults, first time to visit Memphis. Location was good for getting to Graceland and downtown for tours and Beale Street. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was well appointed and everything was new. Beds were comfortable. Did use the washer and dryer which was so convenient. There were some missing window screens so we used the AC as temp was in the high 80’s. Would stay there again

Very nice home

Very spacious and mostly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and host was great at sending instructions. We could hear a train at night. Neighbors were nice. Random man knocked on our door late at night but he eventually left. Plenty of towels but would’ve been nice to have a floor towel for getting out the showers. Some of the sink drains were slow but not too bad. Overall good experience and would stay again.

One of the Best!

This was one of the most cozy, comfortable and enjoyable places/home we had the pleasure of renting. The home was immaculate and well within any activities Memphis had to offer (food, concerts, Beale street, etc.,). Although Memphis was reported to have a crime problem, we didn't feel it & we had no problems. Even the neighbors came out to talk with us. It was AWESOME!! I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again should I return to Memphis!! Thank you Mr Kyle for providing such wonderful and outstanding accommodations!

Perfect in every way

This property checked all of our boxes for exactly what we needed for “wedding week” for our daughter’s wedding on 4/1. The host of this house thought of everything that could possibly be needed to make our stay comfortable. He was so very quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay, even when we couldn’t figure out how to use the keypad lock. It isn’t complicated, it was all “user error” on our end! The location is perfect and close to anywhere you may need to go in Memphis. All of the wedding festivities took place downtown which was a short 10 minute drive away. We won’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we have an extended stay in town.

The house was super cute and super clean. It also felt super safe for a group of friends on a girls weekend. The host was very quick to reply to messages. We planned on cooking and the kitchen was a little short on being fully stocked - really just some rusted frying pans we didn’t want to use so made due with some other sauce pans!

Fantastic home in Cooper Young that's close to everything. Lots of space to spread out and relax after a hard day of work, and a large back yard. Good off-street parking as well.

Horrible experience

House was infested with roaches, had to check out earlier and spend additional money on a hotel. Host was rude and didn’t want to give a refund. I do not recommend staying here!!!
