Welcome to Memphis’s funkiest & fun AirBnB! Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with the ability to host up to 10 people. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District. 2-15 min from all the great things Memphis has to offer!
Our 1920’s home was renovated in 2020 with all modern amenities. Traveling in a group? No worries, all the space needed, even a bedroom with a “Makeup Bar”! Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO.

Unique place to stay

The neighborhood is older and kind of run down, but the owners if this property have revitalized the home with color and art for a unique stay. Our plans for touring downtown Memphis were rained out, but this property lived up to our expectations and made our brief trip memorable.

Outside of Gene’s day job, you can find us working on or on the hunt for our next “Fixer Upper”! We have 2 children (well not really children anymore!) J (M-29) & R (F-26) who both helped us with the renovation of our 100 year old home. R, the self proclaimed “Chief Decorating Officer”, takes pride in the homes decor and we hope you find it as fun as we do. J, is a real estate investor as well and lives the street over! Welcome to Memphis, the home of the blues and the best BBQ in the US!
