Property contained most items to allow meal prep. Beds very comfortable with great towels and even bath robes. Ice cube trays in leu of non working ice maker would have been a nice option. A table and chairs for deck dining is needed as are usable off deck patio furniture. Once the back yard lawn was cut our dog enjoyed running and playing there. Neighborhood very quiet and allowed for convienient access to Memphis attractions.

This VRBO is excellent. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the house was clean. It was cold, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, but it looks like a great space for kids to play. Dottie was wonderful to work with; she responded quickly and all of the instructions were clear. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washer and dryer were conveniently located. And it's great to walk in to a basket of snacks!

Dottie's house was perfect! It is in a perfect location and is perfectly decorated. Groceries, shopping, dining and entertainment are only minutes away. And the house is decorated so cute and is very comfortable. I'm a country girl and coming to the city always makes me a little nervous lol, but the neighborhood and surrounding areas felt very safe. We loved it and will plan on staying there again the next time we are in Memphis. Thank you, Dottie, for all the love you put into your house to ensure your guests feel welcome and comfortable.

We came to visit our son at school and loved Dottie's place! So well appointed, super comfortable, and a great backyard that our pup enjoyed. This house was very clean and inviting. The hosts provided a great place to relax and unwind. We came to Memphis for our anniversary and to visit Graceland. We liked the fact that it was pet friendly and had fenced backyard for our dog to run and chase the squirrels. The bed was comfortable as weĺl. Great home! Safe neighborhood which was a concern traveling with kids and not knowing the area. Loved that it was not only pet friendly but had thoughtful touches for the pet! Backyard was perfect for traveling with a dog! Completely fenced. House was just the right size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Felt like we had plenty of room.

We stayed here as a group when we came in town for a professional development training. This place was awesome. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, washer/dryer available, dishwasher, fenced in yard. Amazing Cozy Home

Our stay was amazing. Dottie is an amazing host and was so helpful and accommodating in every way. She was very responsive when we had a question arise. The house was great, felt very safe and cozy and plenty of room for us to stretch our legs and let our dog run in the fenced in back yard. Fridge was stocked with drinks and there were snacks ready for us, as well as treats and balls for our pup. Master has skylights which were awesome and the bedroom the younger girls were staying in had a Wii they enjoyed. If you plan on staying in the Memphis area, please consider staying here! We plan on booking again whenever we make it back.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love that people are out running, walking dogs and pushing baby strollers all hours of the day. Our home is centrally located and close to everything. A short mile to the U of M or Liberty Bowl Stadium while Pink Palace and Chickasaw Gardens are walking distance. The zoo and overton park are within a mile. Cooper young is a little more than a mile and the famous Beale street is only a few miles away.

What makes this property unique

Our home has an 8' horizontal fenced back yard for privacy. We have a covered lighted back deck where you can relax and enjoy your down time.
