A few minutes away you will find Zona T or Zona Rosa, a recognized area in the city for its variety of restaurants and bars, where you will also be able to visit the best shopping centers in the country: El Retiro, Centro Comercial Andino, and Atlantis.
The apartment has three bedrooms, although only two of them have beds. The third room is a study. Since the property is located on the 15th floor you will have an unmissable view.

It also has a game room, community room, and laundry with towers for washing and drying. To enter the wet areas you will have to pay an additional cost at the reception.
