Absolutely worst rental experience ever
This stay was supposed to be a relaxing two week vacation during a stressful move. Instead, it was incredibly stressful, with various safety concerns that made relaxing impossible.
The pros and cons:
The bad and the ugly:
Door code not changed for each quest
Camera on the back porch that covers hot tub, not disclosed.
Doorbell cam - not disclosed.
Google smart device - not disclosed and not able to deactivate.
Bare footprints on kitchen floor, so obviously not cleaned.
No trash bags
No paper towels
Google assistant only way to turn on backyard lights
Nice dispenser in showers, but the body wash was empty
No detergent for clothes washer
No detergent for dishwasher
No detergent to wash dishes in sink
Three days into trip, after denying access for a repair that wasn't needed, was surprised by strange man in the backyard while we were in the hot tub. He claimed to be maintenance, my husband made him leave.
Couch is horrendously uncomfortable to sit or lay on
Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 2 week stay
Welcome packet stated extra beds/pillows in storage under couch, storage was empty.
Welcome packet said cleaning supplies in closet, no broom and dustpan to be found.
Only grass on the property has a 'no peeing' sign on it, quite the learning curve for 2 yr old dog that's never gone on anything but grass
Pros:
Comfortable beddings
Quiet neighborhood
Spacious backyard w privacy fence
Hot tub (although only half the jets work)
Nicely decorated
Find anywhere else to stay.
