Comfortable stay

It was a nice neighborhood home sits directly off the corner so of course you’re gonna here a little traffic. Getting in was extremely easy host was great. Easy access to Wi-Fi. Only has one tv. Just needs better cleaning and a little updating. Stay was really relaxing.

Not what I expected

Check-in was absolutely the easiest thing to do there. He was also very polite and accommodating of our month long stay due to moving The area it was in was not the best neighborhood as I am familiar with the area. There was things left over in the fridge from the previous renter or the owner, in the bathroom there was used rags and soap in the shower. And if you plan on staying through the warm months, DONT. He does not have air conditioning, only thing he was is a fan that is broken and ceiling fans that don't help. We had to buy our own fans and portable air conditioner. Also during our stay his garbage cans were stolen. I informed him of this and he was supposed to check back with me. There was also a heavy beeping noise from the smoke alarm as well as his back door alarm.
