Great ocean front location on the 8th floor near the Main Street pier. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Great communication before and during the visit with the owner. Very clean and organized room, just as advertised We stayed in a different unit in the same building a few years ago. Many great improvements and updates in the lobby and pool area since that time. We'll definitely stay there again.

My husband and I spend 12 days in this condo. The unit was clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. Location is perfect and quiet. Views from our balcony were spectacular. Pool area very nice with heated pool. Hope to return soon.

Everything about the place was not good. There was cockroaches. It was dirty. There was construction going on right out the balcony every day while I was there what a terrible host as well.

Beautiful view, great a/c unit kept the room cool even in the 110 heat index. Did not try out any of the facilities, was there for just some rest and recharge. The only negative was the large panama bugs/crockroaches. Only a couple and we found where we believed they were coming in and put a blanket under the a/c unit and did not see any others. The unit was sprayed the day we were checking out.
