Regarding the directions to the property and the operation of the ovens and coffee machine we will certainly look to enhance the instructions we provide. We are also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues in the kitchen and the supply of towels and toilet paper. We take cleanliness very seriously and will address these concerns with our cleaning team immediately to ensure they meet our high standards. Regarding Wi-Fi connectivity following your comments we have now added a booster on the middle floor so the signal on the upper floors is no longer an issue. While we try to ensure the property is stocked with essentials, we understand this fell short for your group and appreciate you highlighting it. We’ll be reviewing our processes with our cleaning team and always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can assist promptly and deliver anything that may have been missed. We’re also looking into ways to improve cooling options for the rare super hot days in London and will continue to enhance the experience for future guests. In the past guests have been satisfied with a fan in each room. Re parking, to clarify parking is available right outside the property but I do need at least 15 minutes ahead of arrival so I can arrange parking permits. Thank you again for your helpful comments.
