This snowbird-friendly retreat is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to boat ramps, shopping, and beaches. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is two miles away. Downtown Gulf Breeze is within 12 miles west while downtown Navarre is seven miles away if you would like to experience a bit of classic beach city life.

This darling home offers unbeatable outdoor living with an enclosed backyard filled with incredible amenities that make this home truly stand out compared to others. Enjoy a refreshing splash in your private saltwater pool while the grilling master of the group prepares delicious smoked burgers in the BBQ grill available. Grab your favorite burger and refreshing beverage before sitting down in the inviting, poolside lounge area under the Bahama fan.

Inside, this home is full of upgrades including the eight-foot mahogany door with privacy glass and luxury and V-EVO Durato vinyl plank flooring throughout. The sunny living room is the ultimate relaxation spot you can find indoors with a huge sofa in front of a large TV with cable. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded, stainless steel appliances that include a convection oven, hand-picked Fantasy Brown granite countertops, wood cabinets with self-closing doors/drawers, and a large island that is equipped with a dual-controlled, locking beverage/wine cooler.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, this home offers a split floor plan with three bedrooms on one side and the primary suite on the other. The spacious primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large tiled shower, a dual sink granite vanity, and a great walk-in closet.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
