Bring the family to Mammoth Lakes for a mountain getaway. Mountain Shadows #F02 is a studio layout with 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 2 guests and pets. This condominium is in a great location with surrounding activities. A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the Eagle Lodge, the Eagle Express Chairlift, and Snowcreek Golf Course. Shops and great restaurants are even within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (excluding a dishwasher) to help a chef prepare tasty meals. A built-in table has seating for 4.

Perfect for the kids, and alcove set of bunk beds is across from the kitchen. The bunk bed has 2 Twin-sized beds.

The living room has comfortable seating circled around the Smart TV. A VCR and CD player are also equipped for your enjoyment.

A section divider can be drawn to create a master bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and Smart TV. There is a fireplace steps away. Light a fire and create a cozy ambiance. The bathroom is attached in this section of the studio. It is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There are 2 outdoor parking spaces, 3 laundry rooms, 3 spas, and saunas. The swimming pool with a BBQ area is only open during the summer. The free Green Line shuttle stops by the complex during winter and travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional pet fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

This place is a SCAM!

We rented the place for 4 nights, upon on arrival @ 6 p.m. we realized the carpet was wet and it was soaking wet by the bathroom. We immediately called the office and after 20 minutes they sent someone over who examined the floor but kept looking at the ceiling. He couldn't communicate effectively, he made a phone call and left saying that someone else has to come and take a look. We called the office again and asked to either move us to a different unit or have someone fix it After another 20 minutes Carols showed up. He examined the floor with his hands and he also kept looking at the ceiling. He then accused me of lying about the wet floor and said that it's only cold! I asked him to take his shoes off and walk for a second to see how wet the floor was but he refused and said that I can leave without getting paid and complain to VRBO but he will not do anything about the floor. He was rude, disrespectful and accusatory! I told him he's there to fix the issue but he was being very disrespectful and not willing to test the floor. We had to leave the place and stay at a hotel near by with my small child in the middle of the night! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE as it is NOTHING LIKE the picture . The place is filthy and disgusting, the carpet is flooded and must be molded since the management doesn't do anything about it. The management is in it for their own profit and don't care about customer. This places is a SCAM. Pay a little more and stay somewhere that is safe, clean and they value their customer.

Poor Management Company

The owners should probably know the management company Grand Mammoth Resorts is giving out the wrong jacuzzi code on purpose. I saw this in another review and it's true. We stood out in the cold in bathing suits and towels and could not get into any of the jacuzzi tubs. That was part of the appeal of paying this much for a studio condo on MLK weekend. I let the management company know when I returned the keys and they acted like the owner changed it and didn't tell them. I will never rent a property from Grand Mammoth Resorts again. The unit was as pictured but agree with the other reviews, no wifi and 5pm check-in is not standard and your money is better spent elsewhere.
