Come stay in our cozy, peaceful studio condo and experience the great outdoors of Mammoth Lakes! Our downstairs unit has comfy seating, and sleeps up to 4 with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. With a fully remodeled kitchen, bathroom and living area, it has all the comforts of home. Two parking spots are available. We offer multi-day deals during the off-season. This is a non-smoking, non-pet unit. Free WIFI available. No cable. We offer an Amazon Firestick for internet TV. Mountain Shadows is well maintained and quiet. It has three (3) spas, a swimming pool, and two(2) laundry rooms. BBQ pits are available during the summer. The Green-line shuttle stops in front of the complex at stop #43. The Green-line drops off at the Eagle Lodge, the least busiest of all the lodges. Area shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, Miniature Golf, and Vons are just a short walk away. Note: During Winter months the exterior of the condo will be blocked with plywood panels to keep the deck and wood pile snow free and to protect the windows. This will limit the amount of natural light.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not make beds. Strip sheets from sleeper sofa (if used) and turn back into couch. Leave towels in bathroom.
Turn the thermostat down to 50 degree’s. Open all of the cabinet doors below the kitchen and bath sinks. (winter only).
- Take the trash out to the dumpster on your way out. Don't forget the bathroom trash. There is a place for recyclables. Please wash your dishes well and leave in the rack to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is our second time staying at this property. Its location is perfect. Walking distance to the stove and breakfast club. The place was fully equipped kitchen, bathroom etc. We will definitely stay again!

Cozy condo near the slopes

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this cozy condo that is ideally located near restaurants and slopes. Had great communication with the owner who was very responsive. Easy to check in and out. Place was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a short ski trip to Mammoth. Will definitely stay again!

A great place for two to relax

My husband and I enjoyed our time spent here. The place has all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook meals together and catch up on laundry using the on site facilities.

Good location for us - quiet

We enjoyed our stay and did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The condo was dark and the balcony was not usable because it was full of stuff. The condo was clean, but not sure about the bed/bedding. It was good for our purposes and the price is reasonable for the area.

Great condo close to everything!

This little.condo was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Mammoth! Easy parking and close to parks and the ice skating rink along with lots of restaurants and shops. Wood burning stove and rustic decor made this a special place to cozy up after a day out in the cold. Highly recommended!

Perfect snowboard trip for a couple!

We loved this cute little studio. It was perfect for my partner and I to come home to after a beautiful day of snowboarding. We especially loved the wolf decor and the cutest bear coffee table. It had everything we needed and was the perfect layout for us. Can’t wait to be back!

The condo of wolves!

This was a great condo. Very clean, easy check in, and fairly close to restaurants and Vons. Plenty of parking. No complaints. We also loved the strong wolf themed decor. We felt like part of the wolfpack!

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for two people. A few minutes walk from restaurants and Vons and a five minute drive to Eagle Lodge. Very comfortable bed, good hot shower, nice wood burning stove and a kitchen with full stove, microwave, Keurig, etc. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful.

The unit is just right for 1 or 2 people and is close to both shopping and transportation (which is really good in Mammoth). The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances function like new. The bed is one of the best ever and the unit is VERY quiet. The living area is comfortable with many entertainment options. Great location and outstanding value.

Look no further...

If you are looking for a condo in Mammoth that is well appointed, centrally located and charming, this is your property. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The owner Leslie Graham is very responsive and lovely to deal with. In my opinion the condo would be tight for four people but it was perfect for the two of us. We would absolutely recommend it and we will definitely stay again!

Exactly as described, had a great stay

I booked this condo last minute, (2 days beforehand) to ski some fresh powder. Communication was quick and easy, and the condo was nice inside and perfect for our group size with the queen bed and pull out queen. Owner does a good job of documenting what the condo does and does not have (in terms of coffee, shampoo, etc) so it's easy to plan accordingly and bring what you need. Overall a great stay and will likely stay there again in the future.

Cute and convenient

Easy to work with owner - very responsive. The condo is on ground floor, parking, laundry, spa and trash a few steps away. They keep the parking pretty clean of snow. Wood stove was great for winter stays. Everything you need to cook in unit - AND great restaurants (Bleu and Robertos) right down the road! On the Green bus route or walk a block for the Red bus route.

Mammoth Lake studio

Very good price. Comfortable. The area is crowded but that should be expected for the price. Could have more in the kitchen. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Ideal central location to everything. Stayed 10 days and travelled to different activities each day, both north and south. Never bored. Studio is clean and comfortable. Only wish the deck could be used. Filled with fire wood. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and quiet

Nice location in Mammoth Lakes. 10 min walk to grocery, 12 minute walk to closest brewery. On a quiet side street, we never heard any noise. Kitchen had adequate things for real cooking (knives are not terribly sharp), and the shared BBQ grill was great for grilling (bring your own grill brush). We used the laundry room for a hiking load, it costs 3 to wash and 1.50 to dry so not terrible and right across the driveway from the unit. Also the washing machines use an app so you can see how much time is left on your machine, plus use the app to pay. The unit is a studio, with the option of closing the panel wall to make it a true one bedroom. Since it was just two of us we didn't close the wall, but you could do that and handle two couples with some reasonable privacy. Tons of hot water in the bath and kitchen so no worries there. The bed is comfortable, and there is a sitting area where you can watch TV or just read in our case. When the weather is pleasant, you can open the sliding glass doors and let the fresh air in, there is a small balcony as well, but not really setup for sitting outside. We did make use of the spa after a day of hiking, it was pretty big and I am sure would be quite busy in the peak seasons, but we were there by ourselves for our visit. Overall a nice place, would recommend if you are visiting to ski or hike.

The start of our stay was good the end was disappointing.

The Property was as described, very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was our door access was turned off on the 3rd day of a 4 day vacation. The owner told us he would be out of the country and to contact the condo housekeeper. After waiting an hour, she returned our call only to explain that she was not able to help us and that yes, the owner was back and could be reached. We did finally get a hold of him and he promptly was able to change the door code so that we could reenter.
