• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to three community hot tubs, three saunas, a seasonal outdoor pool, summer BBQ area, and three community laundry rooms.

• Winter Shuttle: The free Green Line shuttle stops near the complex during the winter season and provides service to Eagle Lodge and The Village at Mammoth.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed. Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM on the day before departure and may be subject to an additional fee.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0091.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Over all a great spot for a small family. I definitely would consider staying there again. It was a great price and super clean, better than paying for a hotel in my opinion. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and cookware, the only thing it was missing was a pair of scissors. Be prepared to hand wash dishes since this unit doesn’t have a dishwasher. Since most buildings in Mammoth don’t have AC due to its naturally cool temperature, I suggest bringing a fan to provide some air flow in the room just for comfort purposes. The unit has no fan at all so the air gets a little stagnant, especially at night. Overall, would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again in the future.

Nice cozy studio rental. Location was great and parking and unit access was very good. However, the floor separating the upstairs unit was not very quiet.We could here all the banging and footsteps above.

Traveled solo and stayed in this Mammoth Lakes property for four days. The property is located close to most things in town and the unit description is accurate and spacious enough for one or two people. The day of checkin, e-mails were provided to complete the process as well as the code to open the key box for the front door. The unit is dated but was comfortable and had what I needed. The only gripe I had was with the lighting within the space, especially the bathroom, as it was always dim even with all of the lights on. This property would definitely be considered in the event that I was back in Mammoth

What was unique, it had a extra nice space for a design bed. What I did not like was the bunk beds. Having no kids, what a waste of good space. Overall, the property inside and parking and the spa/laundry for outside use, was a 5 star rating and I will choose this nice place again.

Nice and cozy! Exactly as described. Super easy to check in and check out. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were able to make the Christmas dinner with no issues. Only thing that could be better was the bed - the mattress seemed a little old. But other than that everything was great.

Older but with lots of charm.

It's a little on the older side but it has a lot of charm. The highlight for me was the old wood burning heater/fireplace (the unit has a regular heater that works great too). For the price, it worked great for us.

Efficient condo

The hot tub was great! The condo is efficient and well stocked. We didn't use the bus system. but people were regularly walking out to the stop to go skiing. Everything worked. The bed was comfy but showing its age by hammocking. We were end of the ski season and the carpets need a refresh.

There were issues with greasy pots and pans and not having essential kitchen supplies as well as dust under bed and hot water being inadequate. Emails while responded to and promises made where never addressed. Overcharged and fees added depite representations made on the website, plus taxes charged when they were not to be for a long term stay. Contacts made were not responded to and letter sent was returned as address unknown. Thus, questions have been raised in our minds regarding this rental unit. Beware.
