This studio home invites you to get cozy and let the relaxation begin. Unwind on the living area’s plush seating which faces a large screen tv, perfect for indoor leisure time. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen which includes all standard appliances plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and tea kettle for laid back meals, snacks, and drinks at home. Seating space for 2 is provided at the kitchen counter. For more formal dining, use the extendable dining table which also seats 2. Sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and provide access to your private balcony.



This unit comfortably sleeps 2 guests with its queen size bed and cozy linens.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• 1 parking space is provided.

• Shared laundry facilities are available onsite.

• The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer season.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Other Things to Note:

If brining max occupancy of guests, please keep in mind this unit has a limited hot water tank. Hot water can be an issue if the hot water is not rationed out timely.



This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
