Downtown Arcata Stylish Apt
Our 1B/1B first floor Apt is cute, comfy and fully loaded with all the amenities needed to feel at home during your trip away! Our central location is minutes away to everything Arcata has to offer and also the perfect central point to explore all our State Parks to the north and south. Our beautifully landscaped yard features lots of seating and also a propane fire pit. Also included is our Guest Gift Voucher that gives you exclusive discounts to some of our favorite local businesses.
***Details to note when booking... On street parking only and is NOT subject to a time limit. VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage.
