Fully renovated designer end unit townhouse with en-suite bedroom and bath on first floor. 1st En-suite has a California King size bed. 2nd en-suite on second floor with Two full size beds. Sofa in living room has pull out queen bed. Living room has 55 inch Smart TV. All rooms also have smart TVs. Internet free and parking. Seconds from the Riverwalk, at the corner of Broad Street and an easy walk to Downtown Augusta Shops and Restaurants.

$350 cleaning fee

I just received an email that said this Leasor wants a $350 cleaning fee. That is half of the price of the stay I barely stayed in this place, and it does not need to be cleaned from top to bottom. Only one bed was used and one bedroom and there was no mess

Great hosts!

We stayed for Masters week and the hosts made it a great experience! They left us a case of water & made the whole check-in process so easy. Would absolutely stay again!
