This was the perfect place to stay as I helped move my son in for college. The street is quiet and I felt safe. The home is clean and well kept. Instructions for parking and getting in and out were clear. Thanks for a great stay!
Had to evacuate for a storm and found the perfect last minute (and I mean last minute) escape for a man and his dog. Quick easy booking , clear communication, quaint and cozy oasis.
The house was tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed an evening at the firepit. We came from California to celebrate my mom's 80. It was a nice and relaxing visit
The house was great for our family of five plus our dog for one night stop on our long road trip. The neighborhood was nice with plenty of amenities nearby. Thank you.
This property was well maintained and very comfortable. Due to the nature of our visit, this property was conveniently located very close to the medical facilities/district. We will look forward to booking this property again at her next appointment in the near future.
This brick cottage is darling and was perfect for the two of us! The space was beautiful and tastefully decorated with simple modern charm which we prefer to clutter. Parking in back was safe and easy. We appreciate our host communication. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to enjoy Augusta!
This home is comfortable and so cute. Check in was easy and the owner very communicative.
It was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to be on Augusta, GA. It’s also about 10-15 minutes from the AU Medical center so if you need to be there for any reason, this home would be an excellent choice!
Pros of our stay:
Great neighborhood, cozy cottage feel, firepit out back, location to nearby attractions & price was fantastic for value
Cons:
Beds in the home were extremely hard & springy, couch is a futon and there is nowhere to put your feet up, string lights out back over firepit didnt work
My husband, 21 yr old daughter and myself stayed at the property overnight last weekend. House was as pictured and described. Easy check in, house was clean and tidy. Great location. We were visiting family but the house is convenient to downtown, medical areas, golf, restaurants( could walk to Becks) etc. Owner very responsive to our one question. I would definitely stay here again.
We were in town for our daughter’s orientation for Augusta University. It was perfect for us and so incredibly close to the college campus, restaurants, groceries etc. The house is adorable and has all you need. After staying at The Camillia, the comfort of it, we wish we had planned to stay longer so we could have enjoyed exploring Augusta more as well as relax and enjoy the cozy outdoor fire pit area. We will 100% stay again!
We booked this place in order to evacuate from Savannah. It was a luck of the straw. The neighborhood is easily navigable. I took several walks with my dog and met several neighbors. We ate at some lovely restaurants and went on Ft Eisenhower for bingo night. So fun, despite the stress of leaving our home during a storm.
We were there for a medical procedure and the house was very close to the medical community.
A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described, easy access to the property, and great communication from the owner. I walked our sweet fur baby and felt very safe.
We had a lovely time at the property. Great hosts. Clean , cute and cozy property with just a short drive to all Augusta has to offer.
