The home owner communicates in a timely manner. The home was clean and spacious. I would say if you have mobility issues the home has stairs to the bedrooms and to the livingroom. Overall though a great experience.

We were grateful to find such a spacious home that was reasonably priced. Our host was very responsive. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything you could want or need. However, we were somewhat confused on the use of the home, with a lockbox on the door, we didn't know if the home was for sale and being used as a VRBO until it sold or whether the homeowner still lived there and was away during the time that we were there, since some of his personal items were there and one of the bathrooms had used soap bars in it. You can tell that parts of it had been renovated and was nice. The home has much potential, but there are some things that need to be addressed such as the kitchen and second bathroom. If this is a second home, I would suggest that the homeowner remove his personal items or lock them all in a closet. Seeing personal items made us feel somewhat uneasy about being there. I do not like giving negative reviews, but I feel that this will allow the homeowner to address the issues so that the next family that stays in the home will have a wonderful experience.
The host was very helpful and transparent. The home was very clean, and has been upgraded. A family friendly area with local stores nearby. Would definitely stay again.
